Conditions of use

The utilization of the website ALGAFLEX implies full acceptance of the general conditions de utilization descripted in the following sections. These conditions of use are susceptible to be modified or completed at any time, users of the website are in this case invited to consult the website regularly.

The website is regularly updated by ALGAFLEX. Similarly, the legal notices can be modified at any time: it is still binding on the users, who are asked to consult it as often as possible in order to be aware of any changes.

Service and contractual limitation on the technical data

The purpose of ALGAFLEX’s website is to provide information regarding the whole range of activities of our society.

ALGAFLEX try to provide on the website information as precise as possible. However, ALGAFLEX cannot be held responsible for omissions, inaccuracies, deficiencies in the update, whether of its own doing or of that of third parties providing the information.

All information you find on the website ALGAFLEX are given indicatively and are likely to evolve. Moreover, the information appearing on the website ALGAFLEX is not exhaustive. But subjected to modifications that have been made since they have been put online.

The website uses the JavaScript technology.

The website will not be held responsible for material damages linked to the use of this website. In addition, the user commits to access to the website using recent material, that do not contain any virus and with a latest-generation browser updated recently.

Intellectual Property

ALGAFLEX is the owner of the intellectual property rights or hold the right of use on all the elements accessible on the website, especially the texts, images, graphic designs, logos, icons, sounds, software.

Any reproduction, representation, modification, publication, adaptation of all or parts of the website’s elements is forbidden, regardless of the mean or method used, except previous written agreement by ALGAFLEX.

Any not authorized exploitation of the website or any of the elements contained within it, will be considered as constitutive an infringement and subject to legal proceedings in accordance with the clauses of the articles L.335-2 and the following ones of the Intellectual Property Code.


ALGAFLEX cannot be held responsible for direct or indirect damages caused to the user’s material, during the access to the website and resulting either of the use of an unsuitable equipment and that do not respond to the requirements indicated in the point 4, or the apparition of a bug or incompatibility.

ALGAFLEX cannot be held responsible for indirect damages (like for example losing market share or losing a possible contract) consecutive to the use of the website.

Interactive spaces (possibility to ask questions in the “Contact” zone) are available to users. ALGAFLEX reserves itself to remove without previous notice all contents left in this space which conflicts with the French relevant legislation, in particular with provisions related to the protection of personal data. If necessary, ALGAFLEX also reserves the possibility of engaging the user’s civil liability and/or penal especially in case of message with racist, insulting, defamatory or pornographic content whatever the medium used (text, photograph…).

Personal data

In France, personal data are particularly protected by the law n°78-87 of the 6 January 1978, the law n°2004-801 of the 6 august 2004, the article L.226-13 of the Penal Code and the European Directive of the 24 October 1995.

In the occasion of the use of the website ALGAFLEX, can be collected: the URL through which the user had access to the website, the user’s Internet Protocol address.

In any case, ALGAFLEX collect personal information related to the user only for the need of some services proposed by the website. Users provide that information with full knowledge, especially when they proceed themselves to the input. It is then specified to the user of the website the character compulsory or not of providing the information.

In accordance with the provisions of the article 38 and following ones of the law 78-17 of the 6 January 1978 related to computer science, files, and to liberties, any user have a right of access, of rectification, and of opposition about personal data concerning them, writing their written and signed demand including a copy of their piece of identification with document holder’s signature, specifying the address where the response should be send.

No personal information of the ALGAFLEX website user will be used, exchanged, transferred, ceded or sold unwittingly in any form whatsoever to third parties. Only the hypothesis of a takeover of the firm ALGAFLEX and of its rights will permit the transmission of the said information to the potential purchaser that will be bound by the same obligation to retain and modify the data when it comes to the website user.

Databases are protected by the provisions of the law of the 1st July 1998 transposing the directive 96/9 of the 11 march 1996 related to the legal protection of databases.

Cookies and hypertext links

The website contains quite a few hypertext links towards other websites, installed with the authorization of ALGAFLEX. However, ALGAFLEX does not have the possibility to verify the contents of the visited website and won’t assume consequently no responsibility in this regard.

Browsing on the website may cause installation of cookies on the user’s computer. A cookie is a small-sized file that does not permit the identification of the user, but may register information related to the browsing of a computer on a website. The purpose of the data obtained this way is to facilitate the ulterior browsing on the website, and they also enable various measures of frequentation/visit.

Refusing to install a cookie can cause the impossibility to access some services. Users can however set up their computers in the following manner, to prevent the installation of cookies:

Under Internet Explorer: Tool tab (pictogram shaped as a gearwheel in the upper right side)/ option Internet. Click on Confidentiality and choose Block all the cookies. Submit on Ok.
Under Firefox: In the upper right side of the browser window, click on the Firefox button, then go to the Options tab. Click on the Private life tab. Configure the conservation rules on: use the personalized settings for the history. Finally, untick the box to deactivate the cookies.
Under Safari: Click in the upper right side of the browser on the pictogram Menu (symbolized by a gearwheel). Select Settings. Click on Show the advanced settings. In the section “Confidentiality”, click on “Content settings”. In the section “Cookies”, you can block the cookies.
Under Chrome: Click in the upper right side of the browser on the pictogram Menu (symbolized by three horizontal lines). Select Settings. Click on Show advanced settings. In the section “Confidentiality”, click on preferences. In the “Confidentiality” tab, you can block the cookies.

Applicable law and legal jurisdiction

Any dispute related to the use of ALFAGLEX’s website is subjected to French law. The courts of Paris shall have exclusive jurisdiction.

"User" refers to the internet user connected and using the website.

"Personal data" refers to "data that permits in whatever form, directly or not, the identification of private persons to which they apply" (article 4 of the law n°78 -17 of the 6 January 1978).
